Outdated mappings

Some mappings in the mixins are outdated. Mainly Minecraft#startGame() was renamed to init(). This wouldn't normally be a problem, but as you know, Mixins are different.

This is always going to be a problem there's no way around it without changes to Mixin. All it means is you need to use whatever mappings LiteLoader was compiled with, or make a fake refmap.
