Do you have any liteloader mods installed or is this with just liteloader. The only thing I could think which would cause this (because it hooks into the controls list) is Macro/Keybind Mod.

Basically liteloader itself doesn't do anything with the controls list, however it could be loading a mod which does. Try disabling litemods to see if you can figure out which one is causing the issue, it could be someone is doing something similar to what I do with macros and adding extra keys into the controls screen, and it's that which is conflicting with a forge mod for example.

No worries, what's most likely is some other mod is conflicting with macros, so when macros tries to install the custom keybind stuff it's breaking somehow. If you don't need macros then removing the mod is a valid solution :)
