[Mod Interaction] [1.12.2] LiteLoader causes some crops to drop seeds rather than crop drops when paired with HarvestCraft

It was found that liteloader caused SOME crops to drop seeds when right clicked rather than their crop. Most notably, Wheat and Beetroot. This DOES NOT happen without liteloader. I can disable the right click harvest feature if I wanted to but I much prefer to keep it on. Not sure what causes this issue though. Hope this is enough info. Though this could have something to do with forge's changes too.
