This was caused by the removal of line 165 in FMLTweaker on commit 8ace535 in Minecraft Forge.

I suppose LiteLoader could now refer to the ArgumentList on the Launch blackboard to know whether or not to add arguments to the "master arguments list"

Do you think this will actually require an update to fix?

I've had this problem as well. Because of this, I've been unable to use VoxelMap, which requires this to run. Hopefully this can be fixed with that solution @ZeroMemes.

I've added information to the Forge issue to hopefully allow this to be fixed on that end.

No worries, apparently the email notifications for this issue tracker have been broken for a while so I've got a backlog of issues to work through. At least this one being linked from Github has illuminated that issue.

Yeah, maybe a little call to Gitlab might help?

This is hosted on one of my own servers, I moved it from one datacentre to another a few months ago and I think that broke the email notifications for me. I've fixed it now.
