I have mentioned this time and time again, I'm going to go update mine with a log file...

I have Optifine, Liteloader, and Forge all installed on one instance. Proof - https://i.imgur.com/kQSO7ZO.png

If I remember right, you install Forge, then move LiteLoader and Optifine .jar files to the mods folder for Forge... it then will run all 3 on load. Here are the instructions given - https://www.liteloader.com/explore/docs/user:install:forge
